Farm-to-Table Catering

Farm-to-Table Catering

Our Farm-to-Table Catering is probably better stated as farm-to-your table. We serve the greater Monadnock Region of southwestern New Hampshire. We cater brunches, dinner and cocktail parties and business luncheons. We source our products from our own farm and regional producers in season supporting other local farms and business. We Never use any prepared commercial food items. We will customize your menu to fit seasonal or other themes and provide you a entertaining alternative to dining out.

Special Celebrations:
Whether it is a birthday, holiday party, anniversary, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner or wedding reception we offer options and selections that will work within your budget.

Our Philosophy of Food

"Semplice con amore" is an Italian expression for simple with love. That's the way we like to think about food preparation; use the best ingredients, keep it simple and always prepare it with care! In our case the best ingredients start with the freshest produce, meats, fish and poultry you can find. That means "look" locally whenever possible and utilize the vegetables and fruits that are in season.

Cooking is a lasting gift that has passed from generation to generation. In many ways, the family's culinary tradition is the glue that holds us together and keeps us close to our cultural roots and each other across time and space. We share this same spirit of family and culture with all who join us here at the farm or in catering your events.

Cooking Classes

We offer Cooking Classes at the farm or in your home. Steve Guerriero leads the classes. His professional training was at the Culinary Institute of America but his cooking, like most Guerriero kids, began early helping any number of family members in the kitchen.

All of our classes are small with hands-on-experience. In season we begin in the gardens selecting the vegetables and herbs we will need for preparing our menu before heading into our country kitchen. Our kitchen is equipped the same as most home kitchens. You’ll feel right at ease. Classes are designed around a variety of culinary themes from basics (like stocks, soups & sauces), home canning and preserving, dinner, luncheon or brunch menus and holiday or special occasion cooking. We will also share tips on products, equipment and purchasing for your home kitchen. Remember we love doing classes at the farm but are willing to travel in the Monadnock region to bring them to your home. Cooking classes make a great party format especially when paired with wine tasking! If you are looking for a unique gift, Cooking Classes are a wonderful idea for all the avid home gardeners, cooks and bakers out there .
